What you will do

  • Create sales qualified opportunities by managing paid channels (search, paid social).
  • Define and monitor channel budgets.
  • Optimize the conversion funnel through experiments.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and the US marketing team to improve lead follow-up and campaign creation.
  • Feed product marketing with business insights from campaigns.
  • Unlock new paid acquisition channels to scale demand generation in North America.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise with SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn / Facebook Ads).
  • Minimum of 2 years of online campaign management experience.
  • Data-focused, driven by performance, and strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and structured written communication.
  • Autonomy in problem-solving and project management in a fast-changing environment.
  • Work authorization for Canada required.

Nice to have

  • Command of marketing automation tools (Marketo) and Salesforce.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
