Salary: $52,000–$70,000 USD (base salary) + monthly commission

What you will do
- Represent company products and services, understanding customer needs.
- Generate and nurture leads, building relationships with prospects.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline, engaging Regional Sales Managers for next steps.
- Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, and email to create new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Inside Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Creative problem-solving approach to the sales process.
- Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong pipeline-creation and prospecting ability, including cold-calling.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in teams.
- Work hybrid in San Diego, CA (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday).
- Willing to travel throughout the US to conferences.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of Sales or Marketing experience.
- Proficiency within Salesforce (or other CRM software).
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Rep with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Telematics or transportation/fleet industry experience.
