What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Drive strategic growth by defining outreach strategies and leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Optimize processes and technologies related to prospecting, lead qualification, and sales transition.
  • Engage directly with key prospects to nurture relationships and contribute to closing deals.
  • Develop training programs to equip BDRs with essential skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated success in dynamic, fast-paced startup settings with the ability to lead and scale teams effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in building influence and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams in global markets and engaging across a wide range of company sizes.
  • Deep understanding of software development, SaaS business models, and open-source ecosystems.

Nice to have

  • Adept at identifying market opportunities, formulating strategic plans, and solving complex problems with agility.
  • Proven success in product-led growth (PLG) environments and familiarity with consumption-based business models.
  • Proficient in leveraging performance metrics to drive strategic improvements and optimize outcomes.
