What you will do
- Source and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach across APAC.
- Initiate contact with potential customers and build early-stage relationships to generate meetings and pipeline.
- Understand customer needs and articulate how hirify.global's technology solves real problems.
- Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and collaborate on sales strategy.
- Log activity and insights into CRM (Salesforce) to maintain pipeline visibility.
- Contribute to refining messaging, outreach tactics, and market positioning in the APAC region.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (SaaS or telecom experience a big plus).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confidence and presence on the phone.
- Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and energized by change.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing a pipeline and working within a CRM like Salesforce.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn about APIs, connectivity, and modern comms infrastructure.
- Fluency in English required; other APAC languages are a plus.
