Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid working model)

What you will do

  • Engage and qualify prospects using AI-powered workflows and insights.
  • Utilize AI agents for account research, message tailoring, and scaled outreach.
  • Activate demand through personalized engagement across multiple channels (email, phone, social, in-product).
  • Identify customer needs and map them to hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop inbound pipeline for Account Executives within assigned territories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize Go-To-Market motions and champion an AI-first culture.

Requirements

  • Energized by building relationships and engaging with prospects.
  • Confidence in conducting discovery calls to understand security challenges.
  • Intellectually curious and digitally savvy, excited to work with AI.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and passionate about hitting metrics.
  • Customer-first mindset, representing the brand with authenticity.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
