What you will do
- Engage and qualify prospects using AI-powered workflows and insights.
- Utilize AI agents for account research, message tailoring, and scaled outreach.
- Activate demand through personalized engagement across multiple channels (email, phone, social, in-product).
- Identify customer needs and map them to hirify.global solutions.
- Develop inbound pipeline for Account Executives within assigned territories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize Go-To-Market motions and champion an AI-first culture.
