What you will do

  • Execute the end-to-end delivery of global integrated campaigns, translating GTM strategies into actionable project plans.
  • Monitor the operational aspect of major product launches and quarterly campaign themes, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Event Marketing, and Digital Marketing to ensure consistent campaign narrative.
  • Own the Master Global Marketing Calendar, managing the schedule to prevent audience fatigue and internal conflicts.
  • Aggregate and consolidate campaign results across all marketing channels to provide a holistic view of performance.
  • Drive the "last mile" of campaign success by educating Business Development Representative (BDR) teams with context and campaign kits.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years experience in B2B Demand Generation or Campaign Management, preferably in the SaaS/DevOps space.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel calendars and holding cross-functional teams accountable.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (Campaign objects, lead statuses, reporting).
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot or HubSpot) to power campaign flows.
  • Strong ability to consolidate data from disparate sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, Event Platforms) into unified performance dashboards.
  • Ability to articulate performance metrics to executive leadership.
