What you will do

• Develop and drive the Annual Marketing Plan for demand generation growth across all four marketing channels.
• Manage the Marketing Team staff regarding goal setting, departmental education, and marketing budget/platforms.
• Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies (Digital, Customer, Partner, Account Based Marketing).
• Manage demand generation budgets and forecasts using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Align efforts with the sales team, driving revenue through ongoing and simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Deliver monthly business reviews and annual reporting on demand generation performance, SEO, and organic traffic growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably within the SaaS or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM functions, such as Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
