What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and product teams for seamless event execution, including venue and vendor management.
• Create compelling event messaging and manage promotion via email, social media, and paid ads.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-site activities.
• Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
• Strong understanding of event marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot).
• Ability to travel as required.
