Location: Hybrid, with at least 2 days from the office, focusing on the BeNeLux market.

What you will do

  • Proactively prospect and identify new customers through innovative outbound strategies (phone calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Respond to inbound leads, assess business needs, and generate interest in hirify.global solutions.
  • Qualify prospects and create a pipeline for the sales team, scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
  • Manage account handover to Account Executives and continuously build your own pipeline.
  • Research WFM industry trends, customer pain points, and competitors to refine outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve processes and align messaging.

Requirements

  • Drive to hit and exceed personal targets and be a team player.
  • Confidence to manage your own territory and identify new market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent Dutch and English required.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn about customers' needs and the NL market.
