What you will do
- Proactively prospect and identify new customers through innovative outbound strategies (phone calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Respond to inbound leads, assess business needs, and generate interest in hirify.global solutions.
- Qualify prospects and create a pipeline for the sales team, scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
- Manage account handover to Account Executives and continuously build your own pipeline.
- Research WFM industry trends, customer pain points, and competitors to refine outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve processes and align messaging.
Requirements
- Drive to hit and exceed personal targets and be a team player.
- Confidence to manage your own territory and identify new market opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Fluent Dutch and English required.
- Natural curiosity and desire to learn about customers' needs and the NL market.
