Location: Must be based in or able to work from Oslo, Norway, or Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid).

What you will do
- Drive the end-to-end bid management process to ensure persuasive, high-quality, and timely submissions.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline response lifecycles and increase accuracy in bid content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance teams for robust responses.
- Develop bid strategies aligned with company growth goals and regional regulatory landscapes.
- Act as a compelling presenter, demonstrating the platform’s business value to public sector stakeholders.
- Maintain auditable records, communication logs, and pricing models for all submissions.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) delivering public bids (B2G) within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and/or Swedish required.
- Deep understanding of tender management processes and public procurement regulations.
- Ability to own complex, high-stakes deliverables from inception to completion.
- Strong project leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail.
