TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Healthcare & Life Sciences): Selling and delivering hirify.global’s AI-powered data unification and management platform to new and existing enterprise customers with an accent on complex selling and revenue goal achievement. Focus on leveraging extensive experience and consultative selling skills to engage with CxO-level stakeholders and cultivate strategic alliance partnerships within the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Location: Must be based in Illinois or Texas, with a willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed (estimated to be 50%).

Salary: $220,000 – $350,000 USD

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals by selling hirify.global’s technology and services.
  • Apply the hirify.global Sales Methodology (MEDDPIC) and consultative selling skills.
  • Manage all sales activity through opportunity development, resource allocation, and accurate forecasting.
  • Cultivate and leverage mutually beneficial relationships with strategic alliance partners.
  • Lead and participate in the development and presentation of compelling value propositions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of full lifecycle sales experience with 5+ years in large enterprise software or technology sales.
  • Industry experience selling into Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences companies.
  • Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or other cloud-based platforms.
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement of quota (top 10-20% of the company) with $2MM+ quotas.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from business champion to the CxO level.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed (estimated to be 50%).

Nice to have

  • Cloud Selling Certifications.
  • Experience working in an ABX Framework.
