What you will do

• Lead the global TA strategy and operations across tech and business roles.
• Build, coach, and scale a high-performing global TA team.
• Establish standards, SLAs, and governance from intake to offer.
• Partner with Heads/VPs on workforce planning and profile calibration.
• Drive process simplification and standardization at a global scale.
• Define and drive the TA automation and AI roadmap for screening, sourcing, and analytics.
• Implement a Quality-of-Hire and quality-of-process framework.
• Strengthen employer branding with Comms/Marketing and leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading TA teams for technology and business with global scope and direct partnership with VPs/C-level.
• Demonstrated success simplifying and standardizing recruiting processes with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI in the selection process and strong ATS/CRM ownership.
• Track record of shifting from volume to quality, defining and managing KPIs like Quality of Hire.
• Global leadership experience building and managing multicultural teams.
• Data-driven, product mindset for translating funnel problems into scalable solutions.
• English: C1+ required
