What you will do

• Own monthly preparation and administration of sales commission plans.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in variable compensation calculations for Sales and CS teams.
• Update and maintain weekly/monthly key performance dashboards in Tableau.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests to support business decisions.
• Monitor data integrity across reports and assist in building trusted reporting suites.
• Perform regular data cleansing and auditing within Salesforce and Excel.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in an Analyst, Finance, or Operations role.
• Proficiency in Tableau for building or maintaining visualizations.
• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with CRM structures (Salesforce preferred) and common SaaS tools.
• Previous exposure to managing or calculating commission plans.
• Understanding of SaaS Business KPI’s (ACV/ARR, conversion rates, deal cycles, GDR/NDR).

Nice to have

• SQL Knowledge for data querying.
• Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or SaaS Finance.
