• Support strategic planning and goal-setting processes.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes for company-wide operating rhythms.
• Leverage AI to automate company-wide processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on critical ad hoc projects.
• Conduct data analyses and develop frameworks for strategic planning.
• Assist in the creation of clear communications regarding strategy and business performance.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business operations, or consulting.
• Experience contributing to strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, or resource allocation processes.
• Familiarity with using AI tools or automation to improve workflows or productivity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and leaders.
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, Excel).
• Demonstrated knowledge and curiosity about hirify.global's products and mission.
