What you will do
- Extract and manipulate large datasets using visualization tools (Looker) to identify anomalies in revenue streams and cost structures.
- Perform granular operational audits of P&L statements by country to detect gross margin leaks.
- Build financial models to project the ROI of proposed solutions and design new, scalable workflows and technical solutions.
- Research and negotiate with external providers (PSPs, fraud tools, tax consultants) for a competitive cost structure.
- Act as the "glue" between departments, leading squads composed of Product Engineers, Legal, and Finance specialists.
- Own and lead the end-to-end launch of pilot solutions (e.g., automated billing or fraud-scoring engines) and monitor real-time performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience within Strategic Consulting, High-growth Tech Companies (Marketplaces, SaaS, or Fintech) or Successful Digital Startups.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Computer Science, Maths, Aerospace).
- Ability to dissect a complex P&L and key business metrics to find the "needle in the haystack."
- English: C1+ (Very fluent) required.
- Proficiency in SQL and Visualization tools.
- High "soft skills" level to lead transversal teams without direct formal authority.
