What you will do
- Own forecasting of inbound volume to Clinical Operations by team and request category.
- Develop and manage dynamic staffing models to guide Clinical Operations headcount planning.
- Lead short-term scheduling efforts, including shift planning and monitoring key performance metrics.
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights, leveraging AI functionality where possible.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Clinical Operations leadership on resourcing and capacity planning.
- Act as primary liaison for Clinical Operations workforce optimization in cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or a related role.
- Strong command of data and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Hex).
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership to solve complex business challenges using data.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- English: B2 required.
