EMEA Business Development Manager (SaaS): Leading and scaling the regional business development engine across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa with an accent on building predictable, high-quality pipeline through inbound and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Focus on developing and inspiring a multi-country BDR team, optimising lead conversion, and driving measurable revenue impact from ABM programs.

Location: This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

  • Lead and execute business development strategy across multiple EMEA markets, ensuring alignment with global revenue objectives.
  • Oversee inbound lead qualification, routing, and follow-up, partnering with Marketing to optimise conversion rates.
  • Design, execute, and continuously improve outbound prospecting strategies with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) at the core.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
  • Track and report on pipeline creation, conversion rates, and revenue influence, providing accurate forecasts to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, including 3+ years managing BDR/SDR teams.
  • Proven experience leading teams across multiple regions or markets.
  • Strong understanding of inbound sales motions and outbound prospecting methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing ABM strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or 6sense.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into multiple EMEA markets.
  • Background in SaaS or high-growth B2B environments.
  • Additional European languages such as German or French.
