What you will do
- Lead and execute business development strategy across multiple EMEA markets, ensuring alignment with global revenue objectives.
- Oversee inbound lead qualification, routing, and follow-up, partnering with Marketing to optimise conversion rates.
- Design, execute, and continuously improve outbound prospecting strategies with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) at the core.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
- Track and report on pipeline creation, conversion rates, and revenue influence, providing accurate forecasts to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, including 3+ years managing BDR/SDR teams.
- Proven experience leading teams across multiple regions or markets.
- Strong understanding of inbound sales motions and outbound prospecting methodologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing ABM strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or 6sense.
- Fluency in English is required.

- Experience selling into multiple EMEA markets.
- Background in SaaS or high-growth B2B environments.
- Additional European languages such as German or French.
