What you will do
- Own North America Field Marketing strategy, execution, and performance.
- Design and execute scalable field marketing programs, including regional events and account-based initiatives.
- Partner closely with regional sales leadership to support territory planning, pipeline creation, and deal acceleration.
- Lead North America Partner Marketing strategy to drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline.
- Manage, mentor, and scale high-performing Field Marketing and Partner Marketing teams.
- Own attribution, measurement, and reporting for field and partner marketing outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience across field marketing and partner/channel marketing in B2B environments, with significant North America scope.
- Proven track record of building and scaling field marketing programs that drive TQLs, SAOs, and revenue impact.
- Strong experience leading partner or channel marketing motions tied directly to sales outcomes.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing multi-team, regional organizations.
- Deep understanding of regional Go-To-Market strategy, sales alignment, and ABM.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in attribution modeling, pipeline reporting, and performance optimization.
