What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and manage recruitment-related projects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8+ years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the tech industry.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in leading a team of professionals, with proven people management skills.
  • Depth of experience in targeted sourcing strategies, social media campaigns, and candidate assessment.
  • Strong understanding of human resources programs, policies, and practices related to recruitment, employment equity, and workplace diversity.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
