What you will do

• Own full-cycle global recruitment for various roles (Software Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, G&A).
• Lead and coach contract and contingent recruiting resources, ensuring consistency in process and employer brand.
• Act as an advocate and coach for hiring managers on recruitment best practices across cultures.
• Drive strategic TA and onboarding projects, such as process optimization, technology implementation, and employer branding initiatives.
• Partner with global HR and business leaders to align workforce planning, hiring priorities, and regional market intelligence.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices by implementing sourcing strategies that expand access to diverse talent pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, and/or LATAM).
• Experience managing or mentoring recruiting teams or contractors.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives in recruitment process optimization or talent programs.
• Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and CRM tools, including data-driven recruiting and reporting.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across time zones.
