What you will do

• Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and TA leadership to design and execute advanced sourcing strategies.
• Lead proactive sourcing efforts for senior, niche, or difficult-to-fill positions globally.
• Build, maintain, and activate long-term talent communities and passive candidate networks.
• Develop and optimize touchpoint and nurture strategies to improve candidate engagement and conversion.
• Conduct deep market intelligence and competitive research to inform hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Analyze sourcing metrics and pipeline data to surface insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with demonstrated success in complex or high-volume environments.
• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Deep expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, tools, and talent mapping.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategy and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for senior leadership or highly specialized technical roles.
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or scale-up environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in DEI sourcing initiatives.
