What you will do

• Analyze key Strategic segment metrics (sales funnel, revenue growth, pipeline quality) for new, expansion, and renewal motions.
• Lead annual planning workstreams including book building, territory design, and geo analyses to support GTM decisions.
• Drive Strategic forecasting accuracy by providing data, analysis, and inspection views.
• Design and build reporting and dashboarding for the Strategic segment.
• Work with Systems to ensure CRM hygiene and scalability for account reporting.
• Analyze whitespace, product penetration, and account potential to inform targeting and resourcing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy, ideally within B2B SaaS and supporting enterprise sales.
• Experience building strong relationships with sales leadership and executives.
• Advanced analytical skills with large datasets, complex models (Excel/Google Sheets), and clear recommendations.
• Significant experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding.
• Excellent communication skills for complex ideas (verbal, written, presentations).
• Proven ability to drive projects from 0→1 and 1→n.
• Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast-paced, ambiguous work environment.
