Manager - Revenue Enablement: Leading a team of enablement professionals to develop and execute strategic training and enablement programs for Account Management, Field Sales, and Inside Sales with an accent on team leadership, enablement strategy, and program management. Focus on defining KPIs, analyzing data to improve program effectiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue growth in a global SaaS company.

Location: Must be based in London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, or Ghent and willing to work in a hybrid environment.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Enablement Managers.
  • Define and execute the overall enablement strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and team performance.
  • Achieve OKRs agreed with leadership and contribute to organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in sales enablement, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience developing and executing enablement strategies for multiple sales functions in global SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning and enablement programs and their impact on critical business metrics.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to influence and collaborate with senior sales leadership.
  • Must be based in London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, or Ghent and willing to work in a hybrid environment.

  • Experience with sales methodologies, CRM systems (particularly Salesforce), and modern enablement technologies.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional and multi-regional work experience.
  • Adaptable and entrepreneurial approach in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management skills.
