What you will do
- Cultivate and manage 3rd party partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach for hirify.global.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, facilitating joint go-to-market (GTM) efforts.
- Bridge external partners with internal teams, collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Ensure partnerships align with product, business, and AI strategies, delivering defined partner value and outcomes.
- Develop and manage legal and commercial partnership frameworks.
- Contribute to successful GTM and marketing of partnership and integration initiatives.
Requirements
- +5 years of work experience from management consulting, business development, sales, or product management.
- Strong understanding of the accountancy domain.
- Proven track record of delivering and nurturing customer value through partnerships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate value propositions.
- Sufficient technical awareness to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering on integration topics.
- Solid understanding and awareness of developments within AI.
- Ability to work out of our offices in either Gent (HQ) or London.
