Manager - Revenue Enablement: Leading and mentoring an enablement team to develop and execute strategic training and enablement programs that drive performance, productivity, and revenue growth across sales organizations with an accent on defining enablement strategy, program management, and performance measurement. Focus on building and scaling enablement programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, and leveraging data to achieve measurable business results.

Location: Hybrid in London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, or Ghent.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Enablement Managers.
  • Define and execute overall enablement strategy aligned with business goals and maintain the enablement roadmap.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Ensure high-quality, up-to-date enablement content, playbooks, and certifications.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness, analyze data for improvements, and report on enablement impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in sales enablement, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing enablement professionals.
  • Experience developing and executing enablement strategies for multiple sales functions in global SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning and enablement programs and their impact on business critical metrics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build high-performing enablement teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales functions, including Field Sales, Account Management, and customer success.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales methodologies and CRM systems (particularly Salesforce).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
