What you will do
- Recruit, enable, and grow a network of solutions partners.
- Build innovative voice-AI experiences on top of the hirify.global platform.
- Build joint GTM plans with key partners to drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building and managing successful regional solutions partnerships in North America.
- Strong understanding of API-driven products.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer and partner value propositions.
- A commercial mindset with experience driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across partners, sales, solutions engineering, and product teams.
- Must be based in the United States.
