Senior Partnerships Manager (HR Tech)

What you will do

• Build and own the global referral partner motion across accounting, tax, venture capital, private equity, legal, HR, payroll, finance, recruiting, brokerage, and advisory ecosystems.
• Identify, negotiate, onboard, activate, grow, and retain high-impact referral partners.
• Develop partner segmentation, incentives, enablement, engagement models, revenue-share structures, and co-selling programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, Support, and Marketing on partner enablement, campaigns, co-branded assets, landing pages, and content.
• Develop reporting on referral performance, pipeline influence, revenue impact, and partner ROI, continuously optimizing programs based on data and feedback.
• Represent hirify.global at industry and partner events and periodically travel to meet top-performing partners.

Requirements

• Experience in partnerships at HR tech and/or payroll companies.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Code and a proven ability to automate processes and build applications independently.
• Strong strategic judgment and execution skills in a first-line operating role.
• Demonstrated self-driven results that moved a product or business in the right direction.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
