Senior Partnerships Manager (AI)

Location: EMEA; hirify.global work with a globally distributed workforce.

hirify.global builds an HR platform for global employment, combining international hiring, payroll, and workforce management capabilities.

What you will do

• Build and own the global referral partner motion and drive the performance and growth of hundreds of referral partners.
• Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage partnerships across accounting, tax, VC, PE, legal, HR, payroll, finance, recruiting, and advisory ecosystems.
• Define partner segmentation, incentives, enablement, engagement models, co-selling motions, and lifecycle programs.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key partners from acquisition through activation, growth, and retention.
• Develop reporting on referrals, pipeline influence, revenue impact, and partner ROI, then optimize programs using data and partner feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, Support, and Marketing on partner enablement, campaigns, content, and co-branded assets; represent hirify.global at industry and partner events.

Requirements

• Experience in partnerships at HR technology and/or payroll companies.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Code and a proven ability to automate processes and build applications independently.
• Strong strategic judgment and execution skills in a first-line operating role.
• Demonstrated self-driven results that moved a product in a positive direction.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work hirify.globally from the EMEA region.
