Partner Development Manager (AI)

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year plus equity

Provides a unified interface for accessing, managing, and optimizing LLM usage across more than 200 models and providers.

What you will do

• Manage inbound conversations with model labs, inference platforms, and GPU or accelerator providers.
• Source emerging providers to expand platform supply diversity and reliability.
• Drive qualified providers from initial conversations through live integrations.
• Read API documentation, troubleshoot basic integration issues, and coordinate technical setup.
• Track follow-ups and keep the provider pipeline progressing.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Support to launch providers and improve onboarding.

Requirements

• Close familiarity with the AI model, inference, and provider ecosystem.
• Comfort reading API documentation, testing endpoints, and troubleshooting basic integration issues.
• Fast, tactical execution style with strong ownership and consistent follow-up.
• Clear written and verbal communication with external partners and internal teams.
• Early-career profile with an interest in developing partnership expertise.
