TL;DR

Location: Focused on the North American Market with strong understanding of North American business etiquette.

What you will do

  • Engage with and convert inbound/outbound leads into revenue.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to deal closure.
  • Deliver tailored virtual product demonstrations for the North American Market.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales development, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • Proven Inbound Sales Success (3-7 years) in a B2B SaaS environment selling to SMB clients.
  • Skill in rapidly engaging, qualifying, and converting leads from Channel Partners.
  • Strong ability to conduct deep discovery and articulate value-based solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to deliver engaging virtual product demonstrations for North American audiences.
  • Proven skill in anticipating, addressing, and overcoming objections, leading to successful negotiations.
  • Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue, and using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English with a strong understanding of North American business etiquette.
  • Bachelors degree mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and align hours with the North American market.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling within specific relevant industries (FinTech, HR Tech, Healthcare).
  • Familiarity with specific sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, Sandler).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities from sales data.
