What you will do
- Engage with and convert inbound/outbound leads into revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to deal closure.
- Deliver tailored virtual product demonstrations for the North American Market.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales development, product, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- Proven Inbound Sales Success (3-7 years) in a B2B SaaS environment selling to SMB clients.
- Skill in rapidly engaging, qualifying, and converting leads from Channel Partners.
- Strong ability to conduct deep discovery and articulate value-based solutions.
- Exceptional ability to deliver engaging virtual product demonstrations for North American audiences.
- Proven skill in anticipating, addressing, and overcoming objections, leading to successful negotiations.
- Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue, and using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English with a strong understanding of North American business etiquette.
- Bachelors degree mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and align hours with the North American market.

- Experience selling within specific relevant industries (FinTech, HR Tech, Healthcare).
- Familiarity with specific sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, Sandler).
