What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of up to 10 existing customer accounts, focusing on retention and in-year growth.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships through business reviews and champion/buyer engagement.
- Collaborate with solution consulting to create tailored demos for converting potential use cases.
- Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline within Gong and Salesforce.
- Lead adoption efforts, encouraging self-service within the hirify.global Agent Studio platform and guiding customers through product features.
- Provide insightful feedback on market conditions, product performance, and brand acceptance to internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Account Management, owning renewals and expansions of existing customers.
- Proven history in value-selling and fostering relationships at champion/decision-maker levels, including executives, business, and technical leaders.
- Sales experience coupled with a call center operations background.
- Ability to map out and calculate Return on Investment (ROI) models.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding annual retention targets and booking quotas.
- Experience selling SaaS, system and performance software, and innovative devices.
Nice to have
- Previous AI experience within the space.
- Ability to understand and communicate about Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Master's or technical degree.
