Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

What you will do
- Manage a large sales pipeline and drive new business acquisition for hirify.global.
- Educate prospective HR professionals and executive leaders on the hirify.global platform.
- Build relationships with clients to demonstrate potential ROI.
- Convert prospective clients into new clients using a proven B2B SaaS sales process.
- Utilize specialized SE and Product Marketing support to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct sales via web conference and phone; no travel required.
Requirements
- 1+ years of SaaS SDR or other related sales experience.
- Ability to articulate our value proposition to SMB via webinars, online demos, phone, and email.
- Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Great attitude, self-motivated, and a passion for growth.
- Employment is contingent on passing a background and credit check.
