Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Executing and refining the sales playbook from lead generation to closing, focusing on empowering personal injury lawyers and victims. Focus on building relationships, demonstrating product value in person, and attending industry events to close deals and generate self-sourced meetings.

Location: Connecticut. You'll spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person.

Salary: $100K + $100K Commission

What you will do

• Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close, including outbound prospecting.
• Conduct 30 cold calls a day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings a week.
• Meet prospects in person 1-3 days per week, building relationships and demonstrating product value.
• Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
• Consistently communicate with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented.
• Team player with a competitive spirit.
• Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
