What you will do

• Lead Business Development for North America by defining and executing a regional growth strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value opportunities across publishing, licensing, strategic partnerships, M&A, and emerging business models.
• Drive complex deal negotiations and act as Behaviour’s ambassador in key industry forums.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with publishers, platforms, and other regional stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insight to leadership by analyzing market trends, competitive activity, and performance data.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles within the video game or technology sectors.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build high-value partnerships.
• A strategic, client-focused mindset with proven experience developing long-term relationships and delivering impactful business solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and navigate complex global environments.
• Highly effective at collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams.
