TL;DR

Account Executive (Legal AI): Driving growth by upselling and cross-selling hirify.global’s full suite of solutions, including their AI offering, to existing legal professional customers with an accent on uncovering needs, demonstrating integrated technology advantages, and delivering tailored solutions. Focus on complex deal cycles, forecasting, negotiation, and proactive account planning to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.

Salary: $61,400–$92,200 CAD

What you will do

  • Upsell and cross-sell hirify.global’s full suite of solutions, including hirify.global Duo AI.
  • Convert qualified opportunities through telephone, email, and product demonstrations.
  • Utilize Salesforce for lead management, scheduling, and tracking key metrics.
  • Collaborate with support, account managers, and sales engineers to provide customer solutions.
  • Manage forecasting, negotiation, and deal closures for existing customer accounts.
  • Develop business cases and prospect into existing customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including closing deals.
  • 3 years of experience in SaaS or other technology companies.
  • Experience managing complex deal cycles with high-leverage customers.
  • Knowledge and passion for technology and cloud-based products.
  • Previous experience running demos and strong cold calling skills.
  • Advocate for clients by relaying feedback and feature requests to product teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

Nice to have

  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav or similar.
