What you will do
- Manage day-to-day deal registration processes, including review, approval, and reassignment in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal Account Executives for seamless handoffs and clarity on partner-led opportunities.
- Guide partners to access mandatory and optional sales, technical, and certification training resources.
- Serve as the primary contact for partner program inquiries, incentives, and requirements.
- Resolve operational roadblocks and systems-related issues like portal access and CPQ problems.
- Identify friction points and contribute to efforts that enhance reseller experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience providing high-quality support or relationship management with channel partners or resellers in a technology or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with core sales systems, including Salesforce and partner management portals.
- High degree of accuracy and focus on detail, with proven ability to follow, analyze, and optimize operational processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical and programmatic details.
- Verbal and written fluency in French is required.
- Fluency in both Swiss-German (or German) and English is required.
