What you will do
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain, update, and audit employee records and HR documentation, ensuring secure management.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit accurate HR reports for internal management and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Collaborate with HRIS and data teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements and contribute to HR projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (BambooHR highly desirable).
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
