What you will do
- Own and manage the complete employee onboarding experience through the hirify.global platform for a portfolio of clients.
- Explain global employment requirements, gather documentation, and collaborate with third-party partners to ensure locally compliant paperwork.
- Leverage Employer of Record (EOR) background to educate and guide clients on best practices for compliant and efficient global hiring.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date core onboarding information in systems, ensuring compliance and consistency with global partners.
- Collect user feedback and share with the Product team to influence future platform enhancements.
- Proactively manage and resolve onboarding service issues by collaborating with internal teams and local partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Support/Success roles, ideally within an HR Tech SaaS environment.
- Experience in EOR (Employer of Record), global HR, or payroll-related support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple onboardings across global time zones.
- Proactive by nature, anticipating challenges and seeking continuous improvements.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
- Excellent English (both written and verbal) is a must.
