Senior Product Manager: Leading a full-stack development team to grow the transactional business for an online classifieds platform with an accent on shaping user experience, expanding transactional offers, and embedding them into existing user flows. Focus on driving discoveries and deliveries of new features, managing product backlog, and creating team roadmaps while balancing pragmatism and quality.

Location: Berlin, Germany. Allows up to 20 days a year of working from anywhere.

Salary: Attractive Base Salary + Short Term Incentive plan (annual bonus).

What you will do

• Lead a full-stack development team, fostering focus, motivation, and timely delivery of key milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and value delivery.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on user needs, business impact, and technical feedback.
• Facilitate cross-functional discovery projects to understand user needs and develop solutions.
• Own project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines, identifying risks, and mitigating blockers.
• Create team roadmaps, breaking down complex deliveries into manageable packages and ensuring alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in product management (Discovery and Delivery) in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects, managing technical and business requirements.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with agile and iterative product development methodologies.
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• German at C1 level.
