What you will do

• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to focus on hands-on implementation and practical client support.
• Join enterprise leads during trials and demos to understand client goals, data sources, KPIs, and constraints.
• Design tailored account setups, including automation logic, rules, and strategies.
• Monitor signals of low usage or underutilization to improve setups and unlock more value.

Requirements

• Experience as a Bïrch (hirify.global) client with a genuine understanding of how the product works.
• Fluency in English, both in writing and in calls.
• Strong knowledge of media buying and performance marketing.
• Experience in a hands-on, client-facing role with an understanding of how media buyers work.
