Looking for Senior IT Recruiter at Perfect Art Group
🌍 Remote worldwide / CET & nearby time zones
🕒 Full-time, B2B, permanent

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Form recruitment requests and communicate with internal stakeholders
• Source AI engineers, developers, QA engineers, SREs, etc using all available channels, including direct search
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
• Analyze the labor market and identify trends
• Support onboarding and adaptation of new employees during the probation period
• Participate in other HR projects

🔹 What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency experience is a plus)
• Experience in international sourcing of IT specialists (AI engineers, developers, QA, analysts)
• Deep knowledge of the international IT labor market and strong technical awareness
• Ability to work in a dynamic team and quickly adapt to changes and new business requirements
• Understanding of how IT consulting companies operate
• Proactivity, stress resilience, ability to balance process and results, and consistently achieve outcomes
