What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior IT roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
• Proactively source and engage top IT talent internationally.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide clear stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
• Support employer branding initiatives and provide market insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience with the Telco domain.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail when managing candidates and documentation.
• Native Spanish and Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken) required.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office tools and ATS systems.

• Experience working with AI-assisted recruitment tools.
