What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Coordinate end-to-end global recruitment processes, managing job postings, pipelines, interviews, and offers.
- Support employer branding initiatives and scale talent acquisition efforts.
- Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience.
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding for new hires, ensuring they have tools, access, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance) and the broader People team on engagement and culture projects.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment within fast-paced international environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse).
- High attention to detail, especially with documentation and compliance.
- A genuine interest in improving employee and candidate experiences.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
