What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior IT roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Proactively source and engage top IT talent across multiple channels.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide clear feedback to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with pre-sales recruitment activities.
• Working experience with international markets / clients (US, LATAM, Europe).
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken).
• Confident user of Microsoft Office tools and ATS systems.
