What you will do

• Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for payment platforms.
• Lead greenfield payment projects from end-to-end.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Work with payment schemes (SEPA, instant payments) and drive Open Banking initiatives.
• Perform functional and gap analysis, model payment flows, and define message structures.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage delivery with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in payments or financial services.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of payment systems and payment flows.
• Solid understanding of ISO 20022 and XML-based messaging.
• Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, webhooks).
• Knowledge of PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and AML principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with instant or real-time payments.
• Exposure to clearing systems or central banking environments.
