What you will do
- Own product initiatives end-to-end from problem definition and solution shaping to development and impact measurement.
- Conduct discovery using business feedback, customer insights, and data to define solutions with clear success criteria.
- Create development-ready specifications and design solutions to minimize engineering back-and-forth.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ship features that drive key metrics.
- Analyze adoption, engagement, and business outcomes post-launch to inform future iterations.
Requirements
- Around 5 years of product experience owning initiatives from problem to measured outcome.
- Proven ability to break down ambiguous problems and make smart trade-off decisions.
- Integration of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) into daily research, specs, and data analysis.
- Hands-on design experience creating prototypes and UI proposals in Figma.
- Fluency in data analysis and ability to define success metrics.
- English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with A/B experiments and hypothesis-driven development.
- Advanced Figma skills, including working with components and design systems.
- Experience with analytics tools like PostHog, Sisense, or Power BI.
