What you will do

• Act as the primary analytical bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Validate vendor solution designs and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture.
• Document data flows, process dependencies, and integration impacts across connected systems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Proven track record in Salesforce programs and multi-system integration projects.
• Experience working in global, multi-vendor delivery setups.
• Solid expertise in Salesforce Lightning and relevant functional modules.
• Strong understanding of integrated enterprise architecture and cross-system dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with process-mapping and visualization tools (Visio, Miro).
• Experience supporting UAT activities and cross-platform testing.
