What you will do
- Act as the primary analytical bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Validate vendor solution designs and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture.
- Document data flows, process dependencies, and integration impacts across connected systems.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
- Proven track record in Salesforce programs and multi-system integration projects.
- Experience working in global, multi-vendor delivery setups.
- Solid expertise in Salesforce Lightning and relevant functional modules.
- Strong understanding of integrated enterprise architecture and cross-system dependencies.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with process-mapping and visualization tools (Visio, Miro).
- Experience supporting UAT activities and cross-platform testing.
