What you will do

• Translate business needs into clear Salesforce requirements for scalable and compliant solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Foundation.
• Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and engineers by maintaining a transparent backlog and refining user stories.
• Support the redesign and optimisation of processes during the transition from Siebel to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and streamlined workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and architects to deliver end-to-end CRM improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale CRM implementations.
• Experience with system migrations, ideally from Siebel to Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with effective stakeholder management.
• Experience working in Agile environments and writing clear user stories.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Foundation).
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Experience in the financial sector or complex enterprise environments.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements.
