What you will do

• Lead the delivery of data platform work, interacting closely with technical leads, developers, XD, PO, and business stakeholders.
• Articulate business value and outcomes from the tech-focused ecosystem and create a product roadmap aligned with a data-enabled business vision.
• Manage multiple streams of work on the data platform, breaking it down into Epics, features, and stories.
• Inculcate agile and best practices within the team, defining release plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Anchor showcases, iteration management, and backlog management, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collect requirements and feedback from platform users, track to closure, and consult on best practices.

Requirements

• Interest and experience in working with a big data stack and strong knowledge of core software development tech like APIs and storage.
• Track record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative software delivery team.
• Attention to detail and a practical approach to story-writing and delivery, connecting client strategy to team outcomes.
• Proficiency with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies, with a passion to mentor others.
• Understanding of how businesses operate and experience modeling business processes for requirement elicitation.
• Knack for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts.

• Knowledge of infra concepts and data mesh.
• Ability to understand perspectives of BAs, developers, data analysts, and data engineers across multiple domains to address pain areas.
