What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive sessions with stakeholders to understand challenges and business needs for RevOps processes.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Work with teams to map end-to-end current and future state RevOps processes.
• Develop and maintain enablement and training materials for RevOps processes, tools, and system changes.
• Design, execute, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans for major system changes.
• Own and maintain the central repository of RevOps process documentation and monitor post-launch adherence and data integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar function within a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations organization.
• Experience documenting processes and requirements related to CRM (Salesforce), including deal and/or Contract Management.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and superior communication abilities.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset, comfortable driving clarity in complex situations.
• Comfortable proactively engaging stakeholders to gather requirements and identify solution options.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira for project management.
• Understanding of the PBM space or healthcare background.
• Comfortable using AI to maximize efficiency.
