What you will do

  • Lead Sales projects across L2O and CLM initiatives by translating business needs into functional designs and developing solution prototypes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish and document user stories, current and future business processes, and functional requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of functional tasks and deliverables for Salesforce Sales Cloud applications, encompassing testing, training, reporting, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Drive user adoption and change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years of Salesforce expertise.
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Order processes and sales operations.
  • Experience working on L2O and CLM transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a sales environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information to senior leadership.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with Agentforce.
